The PA200400-G22P17_A is a GaAs/GaN Power amplifier module operating in the 20 to 40 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 17 dBm minimum P-1dB output power and 18 dB min small signal gain with ±4 dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 5V DC power supply. The connectorized 2.92mm-Female module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -40°C and +70°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
