The PA008018-G30P17_A is a GaAs/GaN Power amplifier module operating in the 0.8 to 1.8 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 17 dBm minimum P-1dB output power and 30 dB min small signal gain with ±0.7 dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 15V DC power supply. The connectorized SMA-Female module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -55°C and +85°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
