The PA300380-40C43_A1 is a GaAs/GaN Solid State High Power Amplifier operating in the 30 to 38 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 43dBm minimum Psat output power and 40dB min small signal gain with ±1.5dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 24VDC power supply. The connectorized WR28-FBP320 module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -20°C and +70°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
