The PA300380-36C32_AT is a GaAs/GaN Solid State High Power Amplifier operating in the 30 to 38 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 32dBm minimum Psat output power and 36dB min small signal gain with ±3.0dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 6VDC power supply. The connectorized 2.92mm-Female module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -20°C and +70°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
