The PA350380-9C29_AT is a GaAs/GaN Solid State High Power Amplifier operating in the 35 to 38 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 31dBm minimum Psat output power and 9dB min small signal gain with ±1.6dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 6VDC power supply. The connectorized 2.92mm-Female module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -20°C and +70°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
