The PA300400-44C37_A is a GaAs/GaN Solid State High Power Amplifier operating in the 30 to 40 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 37dBm minimum Psat output power and 44dB min small signal gain with ±6dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 28VDC power supply. The connectorized WR28-FBP320 module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -20°C and +70°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
