The PA080188-G12P24_A is a GaAs/GaN Power amplifier module operating in the 8 to 18.8 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers dBm minimum P-1dB output power and 12 dB min small signal gain with ±1.2 dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 12V DC power supply. The connectorized SMA-Female module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -40°C and +70°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
