The PA260320-G20P28_A1 is a GaAs/GaN Power amplifier module operating in the 26 to 32 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 28 dBm minimum P-1dB output power and 20 dB min small signal gain with ±1.5 dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 12V DC power supply. The connectorized 2.92mm-Female module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -40°C and +70°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
