2 to 6 GHz 40 dBm SMA-Female Power Amplifier Module Rated at Gain 35 dB
The PA020060-G35P40_A is a GaAs/GaN Power amplifier module operating in the 2 to 6 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 40 dBm minimum P-1dB output power and 35 dB min small signal gain with ±1.5 dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 28V DC power supply. The connectorized SMA-Female module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -20°C and +60°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
