The PA350380-G8P29_A is a GaAs/GaN Power amplifier module operating in the 35 to 38 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 29 dBm minimum P-1dB output power and 8 dB min small signal gain with ±1.6 dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 6V DC power supply. The connectorized 2.92mm-Female module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -40°C and +70°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
