The PA010080-G24P21_A is a GaAs/GaN Power amplifier module operating in the 1 to 8 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 21 dBm minimum P-1dB output power and 24 dB min small signal gain with ±1.5 dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 12V DC power supply. The connectorized SMA-Female module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -40°C and +70°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
