The PA040200-G24P05_A is a GaAs/GaN Power amplifier module operating in the 4 to 20 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 0 dBm minimum P-1dB output power and 24 dB min small signal gain with ±3 dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 12V DC power supply. The connectorized SMA-Female module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -40°C and +70°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
