0.863 to 0.87 GHz 30 dBm SMA-Female Power Amplifier Module Rated at Gain 25 dB
The PA863870M-G25P30_A is a GaAs/GaN Power amplifier module operating in the 0.863 to 0.87 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 30 dBm minimum P-1dB output power and 25 dB min small signal gain with ±0.3 dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 12V DC power supply. The connectorized SMA-Female module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -10°C and +50°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
