The PA04435-G20P20_A is a GaAs/GaN Power amplifier module operating in the 4.435 to 4.435 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 20 dBm minimum P-1dB output power and 20 dB min small signal gain with – dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 12V DC power supply. The connectorized SMA-Female module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -40°C and +70°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
