The PA130200-G25P23_A is a GaAs/GaN Power amplifier module operating in the 13 to 20 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 23 dBm minimum P-1dB output power and 25 dB min small signal gain with ±2.0 dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 12V DC power supply. The connectorized SMA-Female module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -40°C and +70°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
