The PA180400-G25P20_A is a GaAs/GaN Power amplifier module operating in the 18 to 40 GHz frequency range. The amplifier offers 20 dBm minimum P-1dB output power and 25 dB min small signal gain with ±4.5 dB maximum gain flatness. The amplifier requires typically a 12V DC power supply. The connectorized 2.92mm-Female module is unconditionally stable, operates over the temperature range of -40°C and +70°C, and has a heatsink and fan for proper operation.
